Blog 4

I’m in my second year of Midwifery, fulfilling my dream of studying in one of the most prestigious universities in Latin America: the University of Chile, but I have other dreams I want to achieve for example, after receiving my degree I would love to work in Rancagua, near my family. If conditions permit, years later I would like to go abroad, especially to travel to Africa, where there are many women who need help and where economic resources are scarce. So I can also say I really would like working in the public system, I think people who work there really have love for their work, but can be complemented with the private system which is important in terms of profit (money).
The specialization in neonatology is another of my dreams because as babies are my passion and know that I can help is very important to me. As far as my work schedule, I have no specific idea, but I wish I could have enough time to share with my family, and in the future, with my children.
Specifically I not pretend to have an important position in my future workplace, only I pretend try to make a quality work and dedication to people.
Those are my dreams, and I know that with the help of God it’ll be alright.

  6. That's interesting that you want to travel to Africa, so, with everything you learn along our career and what you learn when you work as a midwife, you can help those people in need
